Our highest level of service, our Personal Representative services place Probate Care in the role of executor (called personal representative in Oregon), leading and managing all court processes, estate administration tasks and, rather than referring our client out to additional third party professionals such as attorneys or accountants, we coordinate those services, allowing clients with limited time or capacity to fulfill personal representative duties the freedom to focus on grieving.
